Front of house volunteers should enjoy interacting with our members and the general public and make their attendance at our theatre a positive and fun experience.

• Box Office
  • Sell tickets.
  • Hand out Will Call tickets.
  • Utilize Check-in system to account for each Patron in attendance.

• Ushers
  • Take tickets and be able to escort our Patrons to their seats.
  • Assist in light cleaning/trash pick-up and ensuring the theatre is ready for visitors.
  • Sell items at Concession Stand during intermission.

•  House Manager
  • Greet Patrons
  • Check cleanliness of the theatre prior to Patron arrivals. May include stocking toilet paper, vacuuming, taking out trash.
  • Stay in the lobby during the show to greet late comers and show them to the Saulsbury Room. Also keep an eye out for people exiting the theatre during the performance, as they will not be allowed to reenter and must be shown to the Saulsbury room.
  • Count Box Office and Concession cash before and after the performance.
